I have been reading "Dark Places" and it is just getting good - but the writing is so descriptive and wonderful.
There is one part that has already found a place to nestle in my mind that I probably won't soon forget:

I had a dream that I was running away from someone and ended up in an art museum in the city instead of the little country-looking building I was in
I had to dash through a field, hide in the tall grass, and then climb over a fence and onto a train that passed me

Alright, so last night I had a really narrative dream
But of course the minute that I openned my eyes I lost most of it -.-
I tried to piece together what I DO remember
It seems really weak compared to the epicness of the dream

I mean, it felt like I was dreaming on the way to school
I was half asleep and got in my car
The sky was foggy and the trees in the distance looked grey
The fog wasn't thick, but it had a certain atmosphere to it
