Summary: Ianto knows Jack will be angry, but he doesn’t regret what he’s done.

A/N: Double drabble.
Ianto knew he deserved his lover’s anger. He’d already betrayed Jack twice, by bringing Lisa into the Hub in a misguided attempt to save her, and by siding with the rest of the team to open the Rift. This time, directing Gwen to Flat Holm, he’d gone behind Jack’s back, and against his orders.
He hadn’t been direct about it, just left coordinates on a GPS for her to figure out, pointing her towards where she could get the answers Jack refused to giver her; what she did with the information was out of Ianto’s hands. Jack probably wouldn’t see it that way, but it had been necessary.
Hiding the truth did no one on the team any favours. Okay, so nothing more could be done for the Rift victims out on the island than Jack was already doing, but how could the team do their jobs effectively if their leader hid important information from them?
Besides, if Jack kept shielding Gwen she’d never learn from her mistakes. He was too soft on her, which just made her think the rules the rest of them abided by didn’t apply to her.
It was time she learned she couldn’t fix everything.
