They chained her and left her for dead! Just for stealing a mouthful of bread!

My boyfriend read that, or rather sang that out loud. XD

Oh dear lord..this kind of thing scares me.

"to my friends who call me stoner" I think the author must have misunderstood "out of your mind!".

"Lovett\Lestrange\Todd\Lovett\Todd!Lestrange."

...what in the WORLD does that even...I don't...look, you can't have someone in there more than once and it still make sense, you need spaces or...I dunno...SOMEthing...

Ah, some of those are just sad...XD Especially the 'stoner' one. Hoo boy.

The idea of Sweeney Todd listening to Metallica is...amusing, to say the least. Actually, this post was hilarious in general. Why has Toby gone to war?

not only that, but...which war has he gone to?

*checks fic*

It only says that Toby's sixteen now and has gone to serve the army. Crimean War, perhaps? The author doesn't put much time into it. The story's mostly about Mrs. Lovett meeting a man who turns out to be some kind of lady kidnapper. That is, he kidnaps ladies; he's not secretly a lady who kidnaps.

If that were so, the story might actually be worth reading.

I can so see Johanna as Jean Valjean now, and I can't say I don't like what I see. Poor girl can't catch a break. The rest of them, man, WTF?

And you can't say it wouldn't be the adventure of a lifetime. A very short, truncated lifetime.

Yeah, I've actually read "Bitter Freedoms" and it's pretty good. I just put in here so I could quote that song.
