It took me a second to get the venereal diseases joke, but it's definitely my favorite. :D

Not so much to do with your spork (though I lol'd, because these stories are FAR too prevalent,) but another thing that irks me. Why would a writer go to the trouble of crossing over two series about vampires (as lame as those vampires may be) and then make a point that it's an "all human" fic? Little and nit-picky, and yet what stuck out to me.

At least I'm not the only one bugged by it. As an AU concept for a series, fine, but to bother crossing multiple vampire-fandoms over just to make sure there are no vampires in the story seems silly to me.
