[Ah, the merry sound of jingle bells! They can be heard all up and down the corridors, bouncing cheerfully through any and every room as a white-haired guy explores with a mission. He knocks on every closed door before trying to open it, very intent on finding someone named 'Lord Kortan

[there's a knock at his door? that's unexpected. Abel gets up and goes to open the door in time to hear someone asking for Lord Kortan-- what, now? The door opened before he could get to it, and Abel stopped, blinking.]

Um. [oh god what was he wearing?]

Lord Kor- oh, so sorry. [he peers around the room]

You haven't by any chance seen a big angry guy in a black bodysuit, have you? He has a [vice drops an octave or two into a forced growl] deep, scary voice.

Well-- there seem to be a lot of angry people here, but I haven't seen anyone that fits that description...

[he gives a cracked sort of giggle]

You'll recognize him by his bellow. He'll probably be yelling for me to open the weapons chamber.

[dramatic pause and pose]

[more cracked laughter and he backflips away]

[Does Kamui hear... jingling? From just around the corner... Kamui moves a few paces to the right and peers around the corner in the general direction of the noise. What's going on?]

[he turns around and actually seems to be eying Kamui as though weighing if he could be Kortan]

[...was that... jingling? Yes. That distinctly was jingling. And someone calling for someone else. Akako brow arched; there did seem to be a trend of new arrivals coming in on the weekends... She headed out of her room to peer into the hallway.]

[he flinches spectacularly away before recovering and sidling closer]

[Conan slides off his bed and moves over to the door to see what's disturbing his time to read- It had better not be Santa Clause]

[Very slowly, he peaks his door open and tries to get a good look before sliding out-however there is loud knocking on his door and pulls it open.]

I think you have the wrong room.

[he drops down to eye level with ease]

Well, you're definitely not Lord Kortan. Are your mommy and daddy home, little boy?

[it'd probably sound more insulting if he weren't on the verge of insane cackling]
