[Ah, the merry sound of jingle bells! They can be heard all up and down the corridors, bouncing cheerfully through any and every room as a white-haired guy explores with a mission. He knocks on every closed door before trying to open it, very intent on finding someone named 'Lord Kortan

[there's a knock at his door? that's unexpected. Abel gets up and goes to open the door in time to hear someone asking for Lord Kortan-- what, now? The door opened before he could get to it, and Abel stopped, blinking.]

Um. [oh god what was he wearing?]

Lord Kor- oh, so sorry. [he peers around the room]

You haven't by any chance seen a big angry guy in a black bodysuit, have you? He has a [vice drops an octave or two into a forced growl] deep, scary voice.

[charming but slightly brainless smile]

Well-- there seem to be a lot of angry people here, but I haven't seen anyone that fits that description...

[jinglealltehway]

[he gives a cracked sort of giggle]

You'll recognize him by his bellow. He'll probably be yelling for me to open the weapons chamber.

[dramatic pause and pose]

You see...I am Malone, The Human Key!

[more cracked laughter and he backflips away]

Oh. Well-- I don't think we have a weapons chamber here, so he might yell at you to find it, first.

Well, I'd think he'd be more pissed about his throne being gone. Oh well! If he bellows, don't worry. Without me, he won't have his sword.

[more giggling]

Anyway, sorry to disturb you. I'll just be on my way.

[he throws a jingling salute and sidles over to the next door]

[a small smile, at that.] Well, if I see him, I'll let him know you're looking for him.
