I love cooking. Have I mentioned that? Because I do! I really love cooking - and I love the eating too *grins* But taking some basic ingredients and putting them together and making food is just an awesome feeling... Yes, I'm a dork. I'm aware of this

This sounds amazing. We have a pork and apple sauce recipe (although it also has smoked cheddar) that sounds similar and is delicious.

How do you make the onion rice?

I just cooked some rice in some vegetable stock, fried off some onion and folded the onion into the rice (and gave it a fancy name LOL)
