She was silent, staring at him, but relinquished the yukata, slipping out of her current one. He unfolded the clean one as she covered her chest modestly, sitting up. He blushed faintly, slipping the yukata around her shoulders. She pulled her arms away, slipping them through the sleeves, and then raising them slightly so Kanji could wrap it close.

Naoto leaned against him, turning her head towards him when his hands paused over her stomach. Nothing much for two months, but he still felt the protrusion. His eyes locked on hers after a moment and he dipped his head, kissing her softly. He pulled away after a moment and held her close, whispering, “You’ll feel better soon…”

It was true. Her energy had slowly been returning after thirteen weeks and by sixteen weeks, she was basically her old self. Why basically?
