Aww with a reaction like that I would have figured they overdosed on crazy that morning.

If I were you I would talk to the manager/owner. A server like that cant be good for business.

Please tell me there is someone you can report her to. She shouldn't be allowed near the public. She should be chained up somewhere, preferably in a cage. What a nasty bitch!

It sounds like it's not a chain...I'm guessing she was not the owner. I would go back and ask for the owners business card and speak with her because I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate her losing good business over a piece of paper and she was so generally rude to you.

yeah, its a little indie place. they've have such a hard time surviving the Starbucks invasion, they don't need their employees sabotaging them.

Seriously- if it meant that much to her, a simple "no" would've been a lot faster and saved the batshit loco experience.

Though "Batshit Loco Experience" would be a great jam band name.
