I'm sorry but I'm loving the Snoop character, I think the reason you haven't seen it actually being played is because either the admin made it as a bet with the other mods or maybe it's just something to be used for lolz later? In any case it was done in an amusing way and I think I'd snort my drink if I saw it actually being played.

I told my husband about it and read the app and he laughed so hard, it was great. I would love to see a character like that in a game randomly, but that's just me. I'm easily amused.
