After the whole year off (since January) due to a number of problems, both with my husband, and I, and one fo the horses, I started lunging last week.

I'm pissed. really pissed. I looked up "low amylase"
And, this DVM (while in reference to dogs) says the low levels can be ignored, if there are no other clinical signs -such as weight loss. WEll, gee, dont' you think a TWO HUNDRED pound loss would classify as a clinical sign???

so, good news, maybe, but no really good news.

The EIA test wont' be back until Thursday, or Friday, Rodeffer called, and that's what they told him.
The other lab work shows:
1)no parasites, of any kind
2) no EPM markers
3) slightly elevated white count
4) low red count
5) -which means/she is anemic, and I have to put her back on Lixotinic.
