Expecting [Chapter 3]

A/N: This is not really based on ‘Ooku’, just a similar starting. Warning: M-preg (I know this is quite a weird topic for most people, I’m merely a crazy person who wanted to explore this universe) Readers discretion advised.
[Prologue][ Chapter 1] [Chapter 2]
Chapter 3:
“Nino?” said a gentle voice, “Nino, wake up. They’re here,”
Groggy, Nino let the receptionist haul him into a sitting position, before cleaning him up with a wet towel and straightening out his clothes.
“How long was I asleep?” asked Nino, wondering how the next day had managed to arrive without him realizing it.
“You woke up in the morning,” explained Ohno, “We fed you, but you were hurting so much that Sho-chan gave you some herb that made you go back to sleep,”
Nino nodded. Trying his best to get to his feet with Ohno’s help, Nino tried to remain as calm as he could for the test. He didn’t really know how it worked, leave that to Sho, but apparently it was possible to know if yesterday’s ‘deeds’ were successful or not. Nino hated that part the most.
“His father is here too,” said Ohno as the pair made their way to were his client was waiting.
Nino groaned. Just what he needed - an audience. Still drowsy from whatever that Sho gave him, Nino allowed himself to be dragged to a room where Johnny was waiting with his client and his client’s father. Forcing himself to bow politely, Nino laid on his back as he allowed Sho to do his job. He didn’t want to look at what was going on, but it was quite hard to pretend nothing was happening with Sho fiddling around with his herbs in between his legs no matter how gentle the physician was.
The tension in the room rose with the seconds that passed while Sho carried out the test to determine if Nino was really carrying his client’s child. For some reason, it took much longer this time and Sho not saying anything made Nino panic all the more.
“Negative,”
Nino didn’t know which he preferred to hear - positive or negative. A positive was not only was it tough on his fragile body, the constant fluctuating also hormones drove him crazy at times, but a negative was much, much worse…
“What do you mean negative?!” cried the client and his father at the same time, “You said he had a 98% success rate!”
It was true. Nino was quite famous in not just his village but the neighboring ones as well. It was partially because of his looks, after all, who doesn’t want good looking children? But it was mostly due to his success rate. Nino only had one negative so far, and Johnny warned him to keep it at one. Negatives were bad for business.
Nino was about to scrambling into a kneeling position to apologize to his client when a rough hand yanked him by his collar and hauled him to his feet, shaking him furiously, “I bet you did this on purpose, you slut!” roared his burly client as Sho and Ohno tried to pull him away to no avail, “Was I not good enough to satisfy your horny needs?”
The poor Nino couldn’t reply as he was being brutally shaken back and forth. It took a good quarter of an hour for Johnny to pacify the angry client with a promise of a refund and top piority should he decide to try again. More or less satisfied with the deal, the client left the room with Johnny, but not before hurling Nino onto the ground with as much strength as he could.
Nino waited until Johnny had escorted his client far away enough from the room before allowing that one tear to escape from the corner of his eyes. He was still hurting from the day before, and the speed in which he landed on his butt made it even worse.
“It’ll be fine, Nino,” whispered Ohno, hugging the now sobbing Nino as tightly as he could without injuring him any further.
“At least you don’t have to have anything to do with that man,” smiled Sho, ruffling Nino’s hair gently.
Nino knew that they just said that to make him better. He may only have had one negative, but Nino remembered it like it was only yesterday. Besides, even if he didn’t have to deal with this brute of man, the next one lined up would always be just as bad.
The moment he dreaded the most came too quickly, Johnny threw the door open using the side of him that the public would never see, “I warned you, Nino,” said Johnny so quietly that it burned Nino’s ears, “You know how big a scandal this is? I had to pay him off to stop him spreading the news around,” With that said, Johnny stormed out of the room with Ohno at his heels, the receptionist knowing that his helped would be needed regarding the agency’s profits.
And that was the start of Nino’s nightmare.

AN: That was a really short chapter. I only realized it when I posted this. In fact, I have no idea why this chapter even exists. Jun appears in the next chapter, hopefully you'd still be around to witness his appearance. The next chapter is long. I promise I'll update within a week :D Thanks for reading
