Anakin's mouth was a thin line. "There's being aware of your surroundings, there's understanding the fundamental nature of sentient beings and then there's allowing your fears to taint the world around you," he said quietly. "Yoda was right."
"I'm pretty sure I've never been viewed as dangerous before. Competition, yes. Actually dangerous, not so much. I hate it," she said, drawing with her fingertip on the bedspread. "Anyway. I told her that if she pulls that crap with you again, or with anyone, we're done. She has no right to judge the people at this school, regardless of how paranoid she is."
"Good," Rory declared, glad that nothing too embarassing was coming out of her mouth as she scooted over closer to him and kissed his cheek. "So, that was my day. How was Caritas and the rest of your day?"
"Caritas was fun," Anakin said, making himself more comfortable on the bed. "I ran into your evil twin again, but she didn't throw knives at me or anything, so that was good. The rest of the day I spent studying star charts that Obi-Wan sent me."
He stared up at the ceiling. "I need to write him back--I sent him a message last week that I think scared him a bit."
"Well, they're not too picky about what they'll eat," Anakin said, thinking about it, "but I'm much too wily to be caught in a net. Besides, Obi-Wan would never let me get roasted on a spit."
His hand began echoing her movements, tracing patterns up her leg as well.
"It might be funny. The net thing, not the roasted-on-a-spit thing," Rory speculated, running her nails lightly along his leg. "George will never try to trap you or eat you," she promised.
"So are you," she said softly, reddening still more. She sighed and leaned close. "I think we should do things that occupy my mouth before I say something else idiotic," she told him just before kissing him.

He was in a good mood.
"Hi!" he said, smiling as he walked in.

And hated Parker just a little more for making Rory hurt.

He reached out for her again. "You are so beautiful," he whispered, running his finger down her arm.

So he enjoyed the moment instead.
And the next moment. And that other one.
All of which involved kissing of some kind, naturally.

But that didn't mean she was going to only stick to kissing. That would be silly.
Which was why she was sneakily undoing the drawstring of Anakin's pants.
