keeping it together

It's an Alan Rickman kind of day. I wish I had a CD of Rickman lines that I could listen to. Sometimes you just need to hear that voice, y'know?

I'm stealing yet another photo from Mum's flickr page, because she takes great photos and I like to look at them to de-stress.

Every day is an Alan Rickman sort of day.

Don't have a CD, but here's an mp3: Alan recites Shakespeare's Sonnet 130

I saw that somewhere recently, and randomly (I mean, I wasn't looking for it). I don't have mp3 but there is a video of it online in various places, if I remember correctly.

I just posted this video as well! It wasn't my favorite of his but I really did like it! :)

Didn't take long for the Adam Lambert icons to pop up either!

I love Gary Jules' version of Mad World--it sounds so ethereal.

Lord your home looks so gorgeous! I hardly wonder why you want to go back there so much! I want to go there!

Your icon - love it. So need one of those.

Gary Jules? I just looked that up on YouTube (I'm going to have to post the video clip, it's so lovely!) and that sounds like the version done for Donnie Darko, which I was positive was Michael Stipe - unless he sang it that way for the movie? Because I'm sure I saw his name on the soundtrack. Hm, bit confused now. How many versions of this song are there?!
