Human/Pokemon/Other: Huuuuman. Don't know if this'll matter any but if you want to get technical, Samus is genetically human + Chozo + Metroid + bits of dead X-Parasites. Freak.
Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? Nope. Just enhanced strength and resilience.

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Yes! Samus is by nature, a very guarded person and doesn't open up very easily. (Default face: poker face) Once you get past all that she is genuinely a nice person, if a bit jaded from life and it's hardships. She falls somewhere between Chaotic Good and Chaotic Neutral, if you want to go by D&D terms.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: That said, underneath all the proverbial armor is a whole lot of emotions that Samus often wishes she didn't have at all. She bottles up nearly everything. I imagine if Riley pries very hard past her "armor", he will stumble across her emotions as small, controlled but highly concentrated.

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? HE HAS... NANOMACHINES?

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Yes! Raiden is also pretty gaurded but he's a bit more... maleable. It's be appropriate to call him a tool, but he's generally a good guy too with good morals. He doesn't exactly wear his emotions on his sleeve but he'll be quick to complain when something bothers him or takes him out of his comfort zone. More personal things he'll keep to himself, especially if it involves his past history. He keeps all that under lock and key. Otherwise, he's relatively easy to influence, especially if you are a Cool Guy. He wants to be The Guy.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Hold R1 and R2 respectively.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes. He'd be pretty suspetable to it, but if done repeatedly he will start to get suspicious.
Anything else?: Raiden has a fat little Squirtle named Gamera. Gamera is probably a hell ( ... )

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? Yes. He's one of those psychic Mother kids.

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Yes. Poo has NOTHING TO HIDE. He's as pure as snow and the only issues you might find with him beneath the surface are the unrealistic high standards he often holds himself to.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Even though he has nothing to hide, he has everything to control. He follows the teachings of Mu, and Mu is emptiness. Mu is the path to enlightenment. To be empty is to be enlightened, so Poo is very good at controlling his emotions, which will make him come across as completely stoic.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Unless your name is Star Master, Mu, Ness, Jeff or Paula, you shan't be influencing him my dear sir.
Anything else?: He's a monk/ninja/samurai guy and meditates every day in various places around the school. Sometimes without a shirt. Because he's Poo.

Human/Pokemon/Other: Pokemon. But he saunters around 90% of the time in human skin and pretends to be nothing more.
Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? No, but he's bffs with Uxie, and that has made him at least very aware of when someone is using telepathy on him and things of that sort. Not that he really likes it.

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: SORT OF? He'll put off the most confusing kind of aura. Warren is a MASTER LIAR and a MANIPULATIVE BASTARD. He is the kind of guy who would smile and hug you because that makes it easier to put a knife in your back. Riley might pick up on some kind of subtle, hostile undertone with him 24/7 but it would completely contradict what you see on the surface with Warren.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Again, it's going to be confusing because of his tendencies to lie all the time.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: YOU CAN TRY.
Anything else?: He is a Bad Kitty ( ... )

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations?: He can sense strong emotion but he's not psychic at all.
Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: A base idea of it
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Ohhhh yes
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: No
Anything else?: My note about how he can "sense strong emotion" is based on dialogue that was never fleshed out. We don't know HOW he's able to tell that "something is enraged" before anybody else could tell Giratina was coming, so for the purposes of Smash Academy, Cyrus simply picked up on it empathically (not in a psychic sense but a practical sense) due to his naturally strong personal emotions (that he, of course, tries to supress).
