Say what you want about Sarah Palin she has a way with words. I haven't seen any reference to this pearl from last night but it's worth pointing out:

I've been following the housing bubble for a few years (long before the proverbial dung hit the fan) with great fascination and it's the anecdotal nuggets that are the most delectable, providing a great window into human nature. Why is Barak Obama referred to as black or African American? His father is African and his mother is white. If being 50% African makes him African American doesn't being 50% white make him white too? The rule seems to be that "blackness" trumps everything else which is the same way things were during segregation ( Read more... )
