One of the work cateferias we frequent used to have a Sri Lankan chef and a result we used to get pretty decent Indian food daily. Sadly one day the dude was gone and the Indian choice starting to get less and less inspired until they just got tired of trying.

Happily the Sri Lankan chef is now back and we can enjoy Indian again. The only issue is that he's fond of making it hot, like too-hot-to-eat, burn your lips and tongue. Last week I got some lamb that I could only eat by drinking some milk after each bite. A couple of Indian guys thought it was just too hot and gave up and got a salad instead. Am I bad ass or just a glutton for punishment?
