ooooo i like the fact that Rachel is coming home. Thats probably because I'm not a fan of Leah and would prefer ANY OTHER FEMALE to give Jake's ass a whoopin if it must happen. Rachel seems and appropriate candidate.

Oh and the Quembry was presh. Love those two. Cept my heart squeezes everytime I read a small reference to Quil and his imprinting. It hurts me. I dont want any of my boys having to go through that.

Billy and Charlie are the shit. Billy just cause you dont even have to write him into a scene to know that he is there, looking out for his son, even if he doesnt completely understand what is going on. And Charlie, he's just so desperate I just want to give him a hug.

And Jake, I want to give him a hug too. Poor boy.

Billy and Charlie are the shit.

I really do have a deep, personal love for the two of them. I assume it's because Meyer didn't do shit with their characters, and so they were left to sit there as interesting little underdeveloped nuggets of potential, instead of being destroyed in her hands. But that's just a theory.

Gah! Your really know how to pull at the heartstrings my dear.

I love how everything you write - almost in every paragraph - there is always a double meaning. Charlie's whole scene made me want to laugh except I was way too nervous for the end of the chapter to do anything but whimper anxiously. This ... I wondered exactly how bad it would be once he no longer thought I was a good kid. ... I've kinda been waiting for because Jake and Charlie have such great relationship, Charlie truly believes that Jake is a better option for Bella and it's all about to go straight to hell.

Quil and Embry absolutely make my life right now, that scene was just perfect, you have their voices down (Meyer never made teenage boys sound like teenage boys), and the misunderstanding was both gut-wrenching and hilarious. Quil is such a douche, I love him. Embry knows what's going on so hmmm, that could be interesting.

Coming Soon: Wherein Jacob discovers he's bought time at a very high cost. What? Did all the sexing not take? What's going on? Wuh? I can't

I'm glad you liked Charlie and the boys :) They're fun to write. Well, Charlie is, anyhow. This was really my first shot at Quembry. I'm happy it seemed to go reasonably well. (And yeah, Quil's a douche, but he's also a teenage boy... they're all kind of douches.)
