Sunday night I really fucked up my back... like big time. I could barely walk and the pain was insanely intense. I knew it had something to do with me spending the day mounting the tv on wall but when the pain started, I wasn't lifting anything heavy. O Canada Line, no drunks in your cars
ARRRRG! The opening date for the Canada Line, Vancouver's newest mass transit line was announced today: August 17th. That's two days after the SkyTrain Pub Crawl. I hoped they would open this week so it could be part of the pub crawl. Oh well, at least I'll be able to use it to get to the airport when I leave on the 18th. And I shouldn't ( Read more... ) -
What's up doc?
One problem with making carrot juice is that it produces quite a bit of carrot pulp. This weekend I made it twice. The first time I used the pulp to make carrot-pineapple muffins, which were ok but I can't make a dozen and a half muffins each time I want to drink some carrot juice unless I want to look like the before picture of Jared.
