So I actually got up at 08h today and was all fed, showered and dressed by the time Alison arrived and thus went off to yet another appointment with my psychiatrist

I'm not holding my breath on what happens next (if I did I'm sure I'd suffocate).

For now I need to kick my own butt into being social now and then, and maybe growing some balls so as to message some folk on OKCupid.
