I accidentally left my keys in the dorm when I went out today, so I had to borrow a spare key from the front desk to get into my room.  Mind you, it only took me about 30 seconds to go from the front desk, unlock the door, grab my keys, and go back to the front desk to return the spare.  For this I had to pay 25 cents.  Winthrop looks for every way ( Read more... )

How very unlikely of me.

I thought my dog was lost for good the other night.  He snuck out of the house past my dad and was gone all night.  Some guy up the road found him and kept him overnight, then took him to the animal shelter in the morning.  Of course, I was extra worried because I wasn't at home to help look for him, but I'm so happy that he's okay.

Wow, it was really nice outside today.  Too bad I didn't get to really enjoy it; I had to stay inside the dorm and finish my GenEd homework that I completely forgot to do yesterday.  At least it wasn't blazing hot like it's been forever.  I'm really looking forward to winter because then at least I can bundle up to get warm and not have to feel ( Read more... )
