ARG! I had been writing for a good twenty minutes on here about my super-cool eipic dream when I accidentally hit the "back" button and erased EVERYTHING. There's no point in re-writing it because it just won't be the same.
I watched "The Wall" last night with Meat for the first time ever. I was convinced that it wasn't going to be anything special despite all the good things I hear about it. Boy, was I proved wrong. The little bit of herb helped out a lot, too, I might say. It's hard to describe, honestly - the music flowed PERFECTLY with all of the actions on screen, both live and animated. The animated stuff was the best. I've never seen anything more hauntingly beautiful than the way the erotic flowers, skeleton soldiers, gigantic skyscrapers, and metallic eagles melted into one after another in time with the music. Not to mention it had the whole Nazi theme throughout the whole thing, comeplete with
goose-stepping hammers, a jackboot-clad Pink, and rallies with huge red/black banners and cheering. I MUST HAVE IT.
God damn, that was a good dream.
EDIT: Vince, baby, you had better be doing
that when I go back to your place after dinner. I've got a major hard-on for
Joe Hartigan, so Bruce can join in anytime he damn well pleases. Then we can act out my dream, ja?
