today i made an eggplant ragu

and tofu mushroom lettuce wraps...

so spring creek is a chain restaurant that my mom and i frequent. they have these coupons that they send out that you can BOGO. it's so worth it! tonight we went and i had my usual: brisket and sausage combo with cole slaw, corn green beans and sauce on the side. add in some onions, pickles, jalapenos and banana peppers and that makes me one ( Read more... )
