Today was the release of the first issue of the Blackest Night, the ultimate storyline that's been in the works for, well, years now.  As a promotion, they were giving away Black Lantern rings with the purchase of the first issue.  Yes, I had to go get one.  It's now sitting on my Shelf 'o Gay Heroes with Kyle Rayner.

I did yoga today for the first time in forever and I gotta say that yoga mats are a freakin' joke.  They do not help you stay in place.  I was slipping and sliding every which direction.  Throw a sprinkler on me and I had a homemade Slip 'N Slide. 

It’s taken me a couple of days to compose this entry because I took my time and did some research. I have come to the conclusion that Rob Liefeld is a bigoted hack.

In a startling bold move, Marvel has depicted their first male/male on panel kiss between the long rumored couple of Rictor and Shatterstar in X-Factor vol. 3, issue 45. I quit reading X-Force a long, long time ago so I never knew about the rumors circulating between the two until a few months ago when I found this website.

I saw on the cover of US Weekly today that Adam Lambert has come out.  That and a bulldozer would knock me over.  This is not news.   I don't even watch Idol and I knew that little tidbit.

Today was my first day back at work after four days off.  God, I wanted an extra day...  I knew it was going to be a mess.  Most of the people I work with are just... mentally deficient.  I absolutely abhor my job because of them.  One assbag in particular could die for all I care.  They make what should be an easy job more and more difficult ( Read more... )
