Goddammit!

Our trip to Atlanta may be cancelled for the weekend because it did not even occur to me to check how the weather has been in Atlanta despite all the rain we've gotten here in Tennessee.   It's flooded.  Almost to the level of needing an ark and two of every animal...

I was so excited for this trip...

I'm going to go cry now.

So I discovered last week that my license has expired. It expired on my birthday and I had no idea because I didn’t get that lovely letter in the mail to warn me that I needed to renew. Just a warning, this review was written without my ever reading the graphic novel that this movie is based on.

I recently watched the Watchmen movie the other day (Does that answer the question of ‘who watches the Watchmen’?). I liked it but at the same time I felt a little disappointed in it.

Okay, so it’s been a while since Rob Liefeld put his foot in his mouth about Shatterstar being gay and whatnot. While wandering LiveJournal, I came across a post about Hero author Perry Moore. He’s pretty steamed at Rob Liefeld and decided to write him a letter and posted it on his blog.

Well, I picked up the new issue of X-Factor (#46) and as I figured they didn't address Rictor and Shatterstar's kiss.  Instead, we get one panel showing them still kissing in the entire issue.  But that's okay since they're still kissing.   Hopefully, next month we'll get some dialogue.
