I came up with a great cheesy pick up line last year for my birthday.  ‘It’s my birthday! Want to blow out my candle?’  The other day at work I came up with another one.  ‘Baby, you’re just like a beer keg, I would love to tap that.’  It’s so cheesy, it makes me happy. 

So Audrey’s gone now.  She moved back to Murray Saturday.  I’m a bit depressed.  I miss her but I don’t miss that loser she hooked up with.  The apartment feels empty now.  I’m so not used to living on my own anymore ( Read more... )

Marvel has cancelled their entire Ultimate line.  They’re re-launching some of them but so far Ultimate X-Men hasn’t made the list.  It pisses me off because I really like the series.  I only got into it because they made Ultimate Colossus gay but the story lines were really interesting and it’s just a unique twist on an old favorite.

Our trip to Atlanta for Fall Out Boy’s Believers Never Die tour was pretty freakin’ sweet. The drive down was uneventful. Jamie and I talked and laughed most of the way.  I've been very unhappy with my job.  For a while now and it makes me wonder why the Hell I stick around?  I almost walked out today but then I remembered... I've been on a waffle kick lately.  I love waffles.  Especially with fresh fruit thrown in.  Last week it was waffles with blueberries, tomorrow it will be waffles with strawberries.   Yummy!

I'm still upset that Taste of Tokyo has closed down.  Now I have to find a new sushi place to patronize.  Boo....
