If the LJ iPhone app actually let you read your friend list I be way more apt to actually use this thing again.

Can't really decide if I miss LJ or not. It was such a huge part of my online life for so many years. Maybe it'll be good to remember how to write in full paragraphs instead of 140 character bursts? I think having the iPhone app will help. We'll see!

I've made one of these posts every year, why stop now:

It's my birthday!

So last Sunday afternoon a big chunk of my friends got together and threw me a Surprise Birthday Party and it was a lot of fun and really touching and nice.

I'll tell you more about it later.

I almost never go back and read old LJ entries, but I've just spent some time scanning ones from right after I moved to Seattle, late 2001 and early 2002. They're pretty hilarious ( Read more... )
