So last Sunday afternoon a big chunk of my friends got together and threw me a Surprise Birthday Party and it was a lot of fun and really touching and nice.

I'll tell you more about it later.

Sorry I wasn't there. I wasn't paying any attention to LJ last week and missed the plans. Did anyone give you a WOW cake? ;p

Too early for a WOW cake. We looked at all the available cakes. Still time, though!

I don't think I could have figured out how to spin that, given that the Boston Cream cake was beyond my powers of ingenuity.

You are not crazy, it's May 11th. The people figured I'd be caught up in moving the next two weekends (which is true).

Plus, this way it was EXTRA surprising.
