I'm sure if I knew what made up a capslock comm, I'd be all for it.

If I could get the poll to work, you'd get a pretty good idea, but alas. Capslock is best summed up in these five glorious words:

IT'S ALL FOR THE LULZ

The only rule is everything (and I do mean everything) is typed in CAPSLOCK. Insanity abounds; nothing is ever taken seriously. When done correctly, in my experience they are the most awesome communities to be a part of. (A particularly wonderful example is capslock_spn, which I tend to think of as the epitome of capslock.
