Alphonse feels rather out of practice and decides that it's a good day to do simple, slow katas by the lake. It's soothing and relaxing and will help him get used to moving and not being over seven feet tall.

The young man begins his work out a bit awkward and stuttering, but soon the moves, deadly if sped up, flow like poetry from his limbs.

Was there anything better than apple pie? Really? Well, yes, Al supposed there were a lot of things better than pie, but as he opens the oven to take out the fresh apple pie, he is sure he can't think of a single thing right now. Alphonse was a bit amazed at all the books, but he'd been holed up in the library for much too long and decided it was a nice enough day to go outside and explore a bit. Maybe he could find something useful or something interesting or maybe even his brother.
