My poor journal has been suffering neglect. I'll try and catch you all up briefly.

Geoff and I moved. We love our new place! It's a duplex built in 1924 and has many of the original features. It's AWESOME :)

I got "constructively fired." Meaning I did everything I was supposed to and my boss just made things more and more unbearable for me ( Read more... )

Wow, huge congrats on the engagement! You two are an awesome couple, at least from what I've read on here. I am so happy for you!

Great pics also. Love the ones with the umbrella and lights hanging down.

So sorry that you were sick for your first art show, but *congratulations* on the new place and on your engagement!!

As someone who has been happily together w/ my soul-mate Liz for 16 years now, I wish you both much luck and happiness! Life is SO much better and more fun when you have a best friend and partner with which to share everything!

Thank you for the congrats! I am very excited about all of it :) It's heartening to hear from people who have been together for any sort of long period of time; like yes, it can be done :) My life is much richer for having Geoff in it; that's for sure!

Yep. As Geoff noted, when you're busy living a life, you find you don't have time to blog about it anymore ;) It's a paradox. I've got tons of new work to share and exciting things happening, but no time to talk about it.
