When I used to live in Orlando and attended UCF, I'd occasionally visit small art galleries or attend a studio open house. One of these had the creepy/charming artwork of this couple, the Whipples. My co-worker Kim, who is a sales rep, enjoys all sorts of crafty and unique artsy things. Her house is really fun/cool (I fed her dog and cat when she was out of town once). I've long wanted to post some love for JANE AND THE DRAGON - this great animated show that Weta did along with Nelvana after a Mr. Martin Baynton's children's book. I wish that a DVD set existed so that we wouldn't be stuck watching the same few episodes, great as they are. Both Noah and I receive the utterly pointless magazine "Going Places" from AAA as we happen to be members. The very last page from last month's had a St. Petersburg, FL artist named Paul Eppling on it.
