Thank you! Obviously, I like him, too. I wouldn't be carrying on but for my co-writers, though, so I'm pleased that they've been nominated. I'm the laziest of the bunch of us.

I'm an excellent doctor; however, I'd need to ask what kind of services you'd be expecting. I'm very selective about accepting patients.

I should also mention that I do not accept any forms of insurance at this time.

I need someone to talk to than a "service". Therapy seems better than... "dealing".

Well, I certainly agree that therapy with a professional accomplishes things that are simply impossible to achieve on one's own.

You can opt for an initial consultation, if you like - it's a tad more expensive than if you were to commit to an intensive course of counseling and evaluation, but that would be up to you. I can't really estimate the duration of treatment without hearing more about your case.

Hello, Mr. Harkness. I'm glad to see you've taken the first step. I've made some space in my schedule; why don't you let me know when you're available?
In the meantime, perhaps you'd like to try this exercise: when you become conflicted or upset, write down what happened. You should record every instance of this, from a moment of ennui over your morning coffee to direct interpersonal conflicts - even having someone break into your apartment and go through your personal effects. Your reactions (not just actions, but even impulses and thoughts) are what matters - we can discuss the meaning of those reactions during our session.

I can work without it, of course, but most like to have a hand in their process.
