Dr. Crane, this is Lisannia Taylor again. Thank you for returning my call so quickly. Yes, I do understand that you're selective about your patients, which I fully expected. The reason that I'm seeking your services is because I've come to realize, or, rather, have finally accepted, the fact that I seem incapable of sorting through and solving my own issues; something I've been trying to do, for quite some time now, but obviously haven't been very successful with.

It's come to a point where, it's no longer just affecting my personal life, but my career, as well, and I'm afraid that, in the end, I will have lost everything, including my sanity. I hope that you will consider bringing me on as a new patient, because I, too, am selective, about whom I will seek help from, and I don't feel that another doctor would be as beneficial to me.
