Working from home again today because Robert's cough is still pretty bad, but he's otherwise energetic and cheerful.

Robert: "Mom, where are my water guns?"

Work was fugly last week and looks to be the same next week. My team was done with all our stuff the previous week (no virtue on my part, my team lead busted her butt), so I was sent over to help the Finance team. Today after finishing up painting for the day at the new house, the kids and I were in the kitchen when a group of four deer came through the back woods, not 30 yards from where we stood.

It gave me a warm feeling down my spine, and the kids were thrilled. That is one of the reasons I bought the house.

I am happy but anxious about how much there is to do. This weekend we are painting the three bedrooms, and unfortunately my sweetie has to work Saturday so he is not coming down to Pgh.
