Since the weathers been hot, I've been sleeping on the futon in the living room where it's nice and cool. Unfortunately, the AC doesn't reach my bedroom and it's ghastly in there. Because the futon isn't as comfortable as my bed and I'm still adjusting to sleeping in a different room, I've been waking up a lot thorough out the night. Last night

1. Weasel does this trick where he lies down on the carpet and plays dead... really frickin' well. Can't tell you how many times I've about had a seizure. Oy. Scary. Naughty Crunch! (because you know he's been studiously planning this for months)

2. I hope you report that company to the BBB. What a bunch of nards! Let's just hope that the work that they so fervently want to be paid for was completed professionally (no fix-its 1 year down the road or such). Idiots. Gah.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only pet owner that has had this happen. It really freaked me out at the time, I think mostly because I was mostly asleep and that's not a good thing to wake up to.

I believe that I have everything straighted out with this company, but we shall see. I started hearing horror stories about them from other people, once of course, I had my own horror stories to share. I'm waiting until everything is taken care of and then plan on making sure that other people know to not deal with them. For now, I'm making sure that I contact both the main office AND my sales rep to make sure that everyone is on the same page and has all the correct information. A few more days and I won't have to deal with them anymore! Woot!
