The upcoming Harry Potter Movie is soon to be released. like, way to soon. i am making a new costume for this event and i have decided that i will make the Beauxbatons Academy uniform as seen in the entry scene in Goblet of Fire. heres a pic. i have a full post with lost of pix over here.

ok i dont know what my problem is. so a few weeks ago was 12th night. this is like a big christmas party in the SCA. anyhow, i litterally sewed untill the very very last minute i could. i am pleased with the way it came out. its purple linen, the bodice is fully boned with extra wide cable ties, the trim was sewn on by hand (thats a first for me. i will never machine sew a trim ( Read more... )
