well there are three that are pretty much the same just minor differences in the shape and those are the clutch purse with antique pin closure, the burda envelope purse, and the sewing clutches for the ladies. i think the last is probably the easiest but they would all be doable :0) be careful with fabric chioces for this kind of a thing. dont get anything to flimsy or slippery or you will be hating yourself. a nice thick bridal satin would be good. not too slick and still thick enough to have its own body. you can line it with something thinner (these are for your wedding right?) otherwise a nice high quality quilters cotton would do for every day use :0 ( ... )

Love the dress! Beautiful job.

K's petticoats are forever slipping down, so I bought a period correct pattern for little soft corded corset like thing, not tight or shaping, that is meant to fit like a vest and have buttons to attach her petticoats. Makes a lot of sense, little girls don't really have waists for a while.

Is the skirt cartridge pleated? It looks great.

oh buttons! good idea! hey can you tell me the name of the pattern you used for her just so i can check it out? that would be awesome. nope its just gathered. i think it ollks cartrideged though because it was so much fabrick getting crammed along the gather that it just looks more even than most gathering. usually when i gather its like kinda patchy. hahaha. but this was pertty even all the way around.
