I adore, adore, the concept of mz'haai. I really, really love it. *smiles* It's so perfectly the kind of love Bruce would have, and Clark would see.

I love Bruce's reactions to Clark being able to read aura's too. *smiles* Poor paranoid Bat, and that it's personal only makes him more so. *shakes head*

Also? The cataloguing the stages of sleep-deprivations is completely awesome, and so very, very Bruce. And the childish "it's important" was just love!

I am the latest replier ever! mannnn! I'm so glad you liked this, Icarus! I had a lot of fun writing it, and it totally ran away from me -Clark just.. took over my 'plot' :P

I'm such a sucker for slow love, the kind you really have to work on in some ways, and that is also very natural in the sense that is takes a long time to develop and mature.. so I'm very glad you liked the concept!

Clark reading auras doesn't come up often, and yet.. it could come quite handy! for slashy purposes, at least! :P

This was so, so beautiful. The analogies of love to color and music made my day. I love the gradual building quality and the fact that neither character comes across as perfect, what with them both being tired and whiny (and I know adults who are *exactly* like this when they are tired and sick...ahem). It felt very real, very lovely. Thank you for sharing it with us.
