I'm in agreement, but we have to move with caution. The randomization of these attacks seems almost too random, and charging straight at whatever the source is could end up playing into their hands. Proceed with caution.

Get Dynamo repaired as quickly as possible, so he can be interrogated. Have all of what was found with him confiscated and analyzed.
