Hi, April! I really wanted to go to ConStellation but I had too much L5R stuff to do that weekend. :( I'm glad that you had a good time and that you still like Nebraska.

No problem! I was only there late Fri, Sat. and barely on Sunday and was running about to panels all the time... no time for chatting.

But Nebraska really is lovely. It was great to be there again.

I'll be going to What The fur in Montreal over my birthday (June 4th.)

Last year, the con staff got me to go by offering me birthday cake....('cuz I was wavering on whether or not go go.)

When there, during opening ceremonies, they announced my birthday...along with at least two others on the same day, and several who were the next day or two.
I shouldn't be surprised...there are only 365 possible dates...but I still am!
'Cuz you know...it's MY birthday!

That's a very pretty cake! Hope you had a great time with Jim. I was quest with him at a con a couple yearls ago and he was great company!

I didn't get much of a chance to talk with him, sadly. We were on totally different tracks and they kept us both busy doing our own panels. But he did seem like a great guy!

Thanks. I'm really not a birthday person. I did get a cool gift from my sister: she got me a Kindle! I've been devouring books like crazy... and it's weird... now I'm all lazy about turning pages of real books! Ah, technology!
