Since you plan on taking at least 1-3 years off before going to grad school (right?), the most important thing to do is continue building relationships with your professors now, while you're still in school. Then, once you graduate, maintain those relationships. Ask them for advice on what you should do to prepare yourself - both for your eventual applications and for grad school itself.

Thank you for the advice. I guess I should have mentioned, I'm not actually at school now. I'm doing my internship (student teaching) hours and hours away from my school, and I graduate in a month. Is emailing them okay, since I might never see them?
