I am going to copy finefinemusic  and try and do a top ten albums of the 00's list. These might be more of a 'most listened to by me' than 'best' list. Whatever. This recipe will give you oven fries that taste more like New York Fries (with garlicky bonus). I just heated some garlic cloves in the oil and then took them out for the flavour sans garlic-death. The whole soak-in-water before cooking thing is apparently pretty awesome. Crisp-a-licious.
