This recipe will give you oven fries that taste more like New York Fries (with garlicky bonus). I just heated some garlic cloves in the oil and then took them out for the flavour sans garlic-death. The whole soak-in-water before cooking thing is apparently pretty awesome. Crisp-a-licious.

Hmm... might that help to make sweet potato fries crispy aussi?

A quick Google search seems to think so :) Worth a shot, even if they get just a lil' crispier!
