War. Devastation. When you arrive, you find yourself in an abandoned city. You can smell the death, the decaying bodies, gun powder, fire. There's dried blood and remains scattered throughout the city. Buildings aren't cared for. Plants grow on them, through broken windows and overtaking few. Paint is coming off of others, debris lie throughout the streets, alleys, and even inside these buildings.
But then you come to the river. On the other side, the buildings are in perfect condition. Cared for. The streets, as far as you can see, are taken care of. Clean. You go over, trying to figure out what's going on. But when you try to do so, you're shunned. People flee, looking for cover. Pulling children off of the streets and closing their shutters. Classic the-bad-guy-is-here behavior. Someone yells at you, calls you something you can't decipher.
This is the Other Side. You are the Abnormal.

Five years ago, the civilized galaxy almost collapsed on itself, torn apart and ransacked by an invasive war begun by Mandalorians. In the last hour of hope, a Jedi hero rose triumphant, driving the enemy back and providing a shining beacon of light when the universe only expected darkness.

You wake up in a spaceship without any knowledge of how you got here and where this is.
There are others here as well with the same questions as you, and no knowledge of what is going on.
This is the A.S. Pradeda, a state of the art symbiotic ship with a star-powered engine. The ship has been abandoned and is in a wreck, yet still functional thanks to the self-repairing systems. All evidence suggests that you may be one of the original crew, and yet your memories say otherwise.
What's going on? You'll have to figure that out, and something tells you that time is ticking away.

There's paranoia all around as a government conspiracy covers up WWII's biggest mistake. Trapped within the walls of Veles in war torn Minsk, Russia, will the mystery behind the Gate slowly kill the last remnants of humanity? Surrounded by zombies on all sides and with so few resources, the FLUX GATE draws in strange people from other lands, much to the chagrin of the native population who don't know how to control it. Long story short, keybladeorder is recruiting all able-bodied warriors who are willing to help us fight agains the forces of evil and protect the Princesses of Heart to stop a witch named Maleficent and a warrior named Braig from taking over the known multiverse as it is. Those two, with thier influence over the Heartless, are spreading the influence of darkenss through all of the worlds, and sending the multiverse into complete chaos. Everyone, big, small, old, young, keyblade wielder or not are asked to join us in our quest to prevent them and thier minions from ending all life in the multiverse as we know it.
keybladeorder is a panfandom game set in an AU of the Kingdom Hearts timline that diverts from the canon timeline at the end of Birth by Sleep, but despite that diversion that makes it so that there are quite a few more Keyblade Wielders around then there were during the time of Kingdom Hearts and the sequels, Maleficent is still after the Princesses of Heart, and already has at least one of them captive ( ... )

The Fay'lia Empire has its sights set on being the only power in the multiverse. They are an ancient and powerful race, skilled in the arts of war and domination. Something isn't right.
Dreams... that's all they are, right? Then why does this one feel so real? There is a woman who approaches you - she calls for help and if you refuse, you wake up. Why should you say yes anyway? All she's done is ask 'will you help us' - what's in it for you? Regardless of what happens, it's a simple process. Should you accept her offer? Her face twists into a smile, her hand extends for the taking and as welcoming as she can be, she speaks three simple words: "Welcome to Icarus."
And then you wake up, or maybe you were never sleeping - it doesn't matter, because then you aren't home, you aren't outside, you're somewhere that you have never been before. Asking for help isn't an option however, because the citizens seem to scorn you: they hiss, sneer, warn you to keep your distance or risk getting shot on the spot. The nervous voice speak gibberish about a disease, a conflict, a problem, an accident.

There are some here who are new. Those who took an unwitting, unintended step, a footfall into an unknown from which they can't return. Maybe it was the doorway to a darkened room, a subterranean culvert, a mirror reflecting mirrors, or just a clear puddle in the rain. Luministi is a panfandom sci-fi seasonal roleplay that will take place over a four-month period running from May 14th to September 17th. It is based around the mystery of the town and will involve a variety of situations for characters to overcome, events to work through, and puzzles to solve. A community-based game, Luministi runs in real-time and its events and outcome will be, in part, determined by the actions taken by the characters in it.
Throughout the run of Luministi, characters are trapped in the town and will be subjected to the whims of the many events that occur there. When those four months end, the ultimate outcome for the residents is up to you. Only you, together with the other residents, can find a way out of Luministi and back home. It's happened once before...
