◙ READ and UNDERSTAND the RULES and FAQ/GUIDE before applying.
◘ If you’re at a loss for what character to play, please go over to the Character Request page for ideas.
◘ Check the Character Reserves list and Taken Characters list before applying.
◘ There is a character limit of 5 per Mun. (Minimum one Canon Character and Maximum one Native Character)
◘ Only apply for one character at a time. Your application must be either accepted or rejected before posting another.
◘ If your character is dropped and you wish to play them again, you must re-apply for the character. The Moderators will review your activity and the reasons for dropping in addition to the application.
◘ Two muses a month, please. We will not accept applications for more than two muses from the same one person if it has been less than 30 days from the acceptance of the second muse.
◘ There is a six day grace with all Application/Dropping procedures. We love to have new muses, but sometimes the excitement of shoving bringing a muse into Veles outweighs the thought of whether the muse will work well in the city. This grace period is for you as a player to take some time to think about how your character will fit into the game, and how far you think you can take the character.
WHAT THIS MEANS IS THIS: You drop a muse ► You cannot apply for, or reserve, another muse for SIX days after your drop.

◘ Your sample post relays how well you know your character and how they think. Feel free to be creative, but make sure you prove your knowledge of the canon and how your character reacts to the changes around them. Remember that what we need to see most is that you have a grasp on your character's voice, more than anything. Your writing style may be top-notch, but if we don't feel as though you've gotten across the personality of your muse, we may ask you to rewrite your sample.
◘ Spell and grammar check your application. We don't expect you to be a scholar, but obvious errors do not make your app's case.
◘ When you've been approved you will receive a reply back from a mod with an 'acceptance' speech which details what to do next. Be sure to follow all the directions given there, do not skip over any or else you may miss something important.
◘ If your application has been declined, don't dismay; there will always be an explanation as to why, and in most cases, you will be able to redo your application. Once again, just read the Mod's comments for further direction.
