I've been in a bad mood all day ever since I read about the giant ice shelf collapsing.  It wasn't the "cause" but definitely the catalyst.  I kind of just want to smoke an ounce and curl up in a ball and listen to pleasant music.  ATTN HUMAN BEINGS: STOP BREEDING PLEASE.

Obama spoke at Beloit last night.  I waited for a good 2 1/2 hours, and was probably 25 feet from where he was speaking.  I have my doubts about him, but I'm sure as hell voting for him.  Man, the energy in the place was electric.  Outside of like, amusement parks, I don't think I've ever seen a crowd that diverse in terms of age, class and race.  ( Read more... )

I can't believe I'm just discovering John Waters.
