Having lived with those sort of reactions to my mental health issues, I can only say "This!" And empathise, and hope my comment to your previous post and PM didn't contribute to you feeling like this xo

All these things become more intense based on hormones, and lack of sleep, and excess socialisation etc. too, so it adds to it the one day someting will pass without comment, and the next day it will be a very bad thing. I don't have solutions because I am dealing with this now rather than having dealt with it ever before. The more you explain things like this the better.

And winter. So at the moment it is worse, and people I know online and IRL are nuisances about tripping it off all the time.

I think you're achieving the unholy trinity of winter, hormones, and deeply tired (social and sleep-wise). It is not an excellent time for this stuff, as I understand it.
