The Bree crush situation is resolved. I needed to tell her, told her and got the reaction that I expected. And then she told me about her summer of hookups with awful guys, her French fling and her making out with a mutual friend who was in a relationship at the time. She played dumb about not knowing that, but it was the same reason she hadn't

I'm sorry about Emilee. I've heard a lot of stories (from her) of her dating mishaps and even though she doesn't want to hear it, the common denominator is usually her. (Which makes me afraid that it's always ME when it comes to failed relationships and I don't realize it, but I digress.)

I think the religion factor would be huge with you two and it's more than reasonable to bring it up with her and if she can't handle that, tough.

Her questioning your sincerity on the actions of past guys is ridiculous. It's an easy emotional trap to fall into but if she can't keep an open mind when approaching a new situation then she's doomed from the start.

I agree that we definitely have things about ourselves to blame about our failed relationships, but it certainly isn't entirely our fault. Trying to find that balance of what we do wrong and correcting it will certainly help us in the future. For me, it's moving too slow and at times not feeling 'worthy' of whomever I date
