I got offered a job at Borders! It doesn't pay quite as much, but it's a new job, and it is only a 15 minute walk away, so I'll have more of my day left outside of work, plus I won't have to shell out money every month for a bus pass. In a fantastic not-surprise, I was informed yesterday that our store will be closing down. On Saturday, the 28th (yes this is less than two weeks away). I get to know because I'm full-time and a manager, but the rest of the staff is still unsuspecting and will remain so for as long as possible.
